There are moments in our lives when we wish we could have had the authentic, genuine, and lived experience of the trusted, wiser future version of ourselves. Those aha moments are when we exhale sentences like: “I wish I would have known that sooner,” “ I wish somebody could have told me that,” or “ I wish it would have been okay not to know, and somebody had my back.”

We need the mentorship, guidance, and experience of the authentic leaders who have shaped the world around us to thrive, succeed, and spread our wings. This platform at Orcutt Academy's Gymnasium/Multi-purpose facility empowers local, state, and national change agents to come to our backyard and share their raw life lessons with the next generation of learners and leaders.
